ZJ/ZJP Roots Vacuum Pump(Low Noise) Series Introduction:

Roots vacuum pump is mainly composed of a pairof8-shaped rotors rota ting synchronously at high speed and two semi-circular pump cavities. This pump can not exhaust in dependently, and must be used in series with previous pumps such as slide valve pump, rotary vane pump,water ring pump and oil ring pump.Connecting a Roots vacuum pump in series in front of the air inlet of the backing pump can improve the vacuum degree of the backing pump and greatly increase the pumping rate within the effective working range. The limit pressure of the Roots vacuum pump is determined by the backing pump,and the data in the table are the standard configuration (the mini-mum limit pressure when a two-stage oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump is used). Roots pump is widely used in vacuum casting, vacuum melting, vacuum degassing, vacuum coating industry, vacuum distillation and vacuum drying in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The pump is insensitive to a small amount of dust.
